Gulf Winds Golf Course is a challenging 6,410 yard (from the tips) 18 hole, par 71 course located just inside the South Gate of the installation. The facility includes a driving range, practice chipping and putting greens and a pro-shop offering a full line of golf accessories. The Pro-Shop can special order golf equipment at substantial savings over local merchants. The Clubhouse includes ladies' and men's locker rooms with showers. Locker rental is on a space-available basis.

MWR Guest Card Program

Civilians wanting to play golf at Gulf Winds Golf Course may do so by becoming an MWR Guest Card Member.
Individuals applying for MWR Guest Card Membership must meet requirements including a criminal history check.
The MWR Guest Card costs $30 per year.
MWR Guest Card Members are eligible to use the following MWR facilities: Gulf Winds Golf Course, Outdoor Recreation/Marina, and NAS Corpus Christi RV Park

Gulf Winds Golf Couse offers the Mizuno Fitting System to custom fit golf clubs for players of all ages and skillsets. The price is $25.00 for a fitting or if you purchase the clubs through Gulf Winds Golf Course the fitting is absolutely free!
