Feel the Love Obstacle 5K – A team of two 5K! There will be obstacles along the route!

Start Time: 0900

Location: NASCC Chapel Parking Lot

Registration/Waivers the day of the event: 0830. Participants can also sign up at the E-Street Gym, bldg. 102 prior to the event.

6 stations will be along the running route to be completed by team of 2!

1. Jump rope to cone and back

2. Ball throw into bucket

3. 3 Leg Run to cone and back

4. Fire man carry to cone and back

5. Balloon pop - run to chair and pop balloon

6. Basketball pass to cone and back
